An Enduring Legacy: Art of the Americas from Nashville Collections
View art from all the Americas.

The Frist Center presents an exhibit that'll be hard to follow. "Art of the Americas from Nashville Collections" brings together over 145 pieces of art, which originate from North, Central and South America. Local collectors, along with guest co-curator Susan W. Knowles, have combined various media -- painting, sculpture, photography and decorative arts -- in an exhibit that will surely inspire you while delighting your senses. You'll have the chance to marvel at works by talented, yet perhaps less-known artists, in addition to pieces painted and crafted by world-renowned artists such as Diego Rivera, Georgia O'Keeffe, William Johnson, Winslow Homer and Albert Bierstadt. -- Rebecca Malone Melo
